Meet Tamara
A Personal Welcome
Tamara Crump brings more than 20 years of experience across the nonprofit, higher education, municipal government, and small business sectors. She has secured more than $2 million in grant funding and specializes in supporting nonprofits with social service and housing-related initiatives, including affordable housing and commercial rehabilitation.
Tamara’s experience on multiple sides of the funding process—including as a nonprofit professional, municipal funder, and state agency grant reviewer—gives her a unique perspective on how organizations can strengthen their positioning and pursue funding strategically.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Spanish from Bryn Mawr College, a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics with a certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, and a certificate in Equitable Community Change from Cornell University. Tamara is a member of the Grant Professionals Association and the Grant Writers and Funders Academy, her commitment to professional development allows her to stay current in an ever-changing grant environment and bring relevant knowledge and expertise to every client relationship!
